Founded way back in 1910 the Italian luxury fashion house Zegna has indeed come a long way. It has one of the strongest revenues for luxury fashion brand globally and has had many successful acquisitions along the way as well.
Getting ready for a super IPO
With an eye to acheive a minimum market valuation of 2.5 billion USD valuations or more with its IPO launch in the New York Stock Exchange, Ermenegildo Zegna has evolved itself into Zegna. Apart from the name upgrade, Zegna will also change its logo as this Italian luxury fashion giant enters into a new league.
Fresh Identity
The new logo, the shortened name and the overall feel would surely infuse a new enthusiasm into Zegna as it heads for an exciting IPO launch. Gildo Zegna, part of the third generation of this family, is the CEO of Zegna at this moment.
Zegna's new logo and its fresh fashion collection would most likely be available in stores and online by the 3rd of December 2021. The complete switch to its new identity would most likely happen by next year and it would reflect in Zegna's corporate branding, collections, stores, online assets, etc.
