We Discovered A Feast for the Senses at Tattva Bar & Cafe!!

On April 25th, 2024, Priya and myself discovered a culinary gem in the bustling heart of Mumbai’s Andheri neighborhood—Tattva Bar & Cafe. From the moment we entered, the staff, especially Divyansh and Moushmi, treated us with exceptional care, making us feel truly valued.

As we both entered we admired the decor, a thoughtfully designed blend of natural elements crafted by Interior Designer Nishant Desai and stylist Shraddha Nayak. The ambiance, infused with rustic charm and modern aesthetics, beautifully embodied the concept of the five elements: earth, wind, water, fire, and space.

Our culinary journey began with a perfectly chilled Kokam cocktail, a soothing balm on the warm summer night. We reveled in a variety of vegetarian delights that were both innovative and satisfying. The Avocado salad was crisp and refreshing, while the Tofu Steak was a revelation in flavors and textures.

The evening's experience was heightened by the Neon cocktail, a creatively crafted drink that set the stage for the star of the night—the Khow Suey. This amazing Sri Lankan dish compelled us to personally thank Chef Rupesh Mokal, whose culinary prowess was evident in every spoonful.

Meeting one of their amazing Chefs was surely a highlight; their passion for flavors truly makes dining here an extraordinary experience, indeed!!

As vegetarians, we were thrilled by the extensive menu curated by Chef Akanksha Saigal, which included an array of tantalizing dishes like crispy zucchini fries, Truffle Edamame Hummus, and artisanal clay oven pizzas. The dessert menu, a sinful exploration of flavors designed by Chef Prajakta Jain, offered delights like Mirror Mirror One and Quite Luxury, ending our meal on a high note.

The cocktail and mocktail menus, crafted by Varun Sudhakar of Bar Bundle, were no less impressive. Each drink, from the fiery Phoenix to the refreshing Fluid, was a masterpiece, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to our dining experience.

Situated conveniently near the airport and Marol Metro station, Tattva Bar Cafe offers more than just a meal it offers an escape. The great sound system and a diverse collection of music further enhanced our evening, making it not just a meal but a celebration of life finest offerings.

Tattva Bar & Cafe isn't just a place to dine; it's a venue where every visit promises a new story, a new adventure in the realm of gastronomy and ambiance. We left not only satisfied but inspired, eager for our next visit to this extraordinary lounge. There is no doubt that Tattva has quickly become more than just a favorite; it is a place we'll return to often.
