VisionF 100 Catamaran - Kevlar Composite
Highlights
VisionF Yachts, a Turkish yacht manufacturer, introduced its new flagship model, the VisionF 100, which is made completely of unique kevlar composite.
This material delivers a high strength-to-weight ratio, resulting in a very light construction that is still exceptionally robust, rigid, and long-lasting.
VisionF Yachts Founder and Owner Coskun Bayraktar said,
"I am pleased to report that we have sold our first VisionF 100 kevlar composite catamaran, which will be delivered in early 2025. And we intend to begin construction of the second unit in March 2025."
The 30.5-meter flybridge catamaran has a maximum beam of 12 metres and expansive interior and outside living areas. Despite its enormous length and breadth, the catamaran will have a draught of 1.2 metres, making it an excellent vehicle for exploring shallow seas, such as in the Caribbean, and entering quiet harbours.
The aft cockpit has dining amenities and sufficient seating for all visitors. The sofa's clever design enables the backrest to be repositioned to face either the table or a folding terrace hanging over the stern.
The foredeck of the new VisionF 100 has a big glass-bottomed Jacuzzi (2.4 m x 1.6 m) suspended above the water. The expansive sundeck provides 116 square metres of outdoor area with additional couch seating, loungers, a dining table, and a bar.
The main deck contains a 100-square-meter saloon and dining area. Customers may also choose for a 30 square metre, forward-facing master suite with exclusive access to the foredeck. On both sides of the saloon, sliding glass doors of full height open onto collapsible bulwarks.
In the two hulls, which may be arranged to fit the preferences of individual owners, there is room for up to six ensuite guest cabins, a fully equipped kitchen, and, depending on the configuration of the guest cabins, up to three crew cabins with independent entrances.
VisionF 100 will have four Volvo Penta IPS 1050 engines for a maximum speed of 22 knots.
About VisionF Yachts
VisionF Yachts in Turkey was established by Coşkun Bayraktar in Istanbul in 2019, yet despite the shipyard's young, it is a power catamaran industry leader. VisionF Yachts presented their first yacht, the VisionF 80, in November 2020.
