The Cake-Mixing Season at the Novotel Hyderabad Airport is Delightful Indeed !!

The Holiday season is quickly approaching, and the holiday mood has arrived. This past weekend, Novotel Hyderabad Airport greeted the festive season with a festive cake-mixing event for its workers and in-house guests.

Mixing cake is an age-old custom associated with the beginning of the Christmas season. It is a time-honored tradition to combine kilos of dried fruits, nuts, cereals, and spices. This mixture is then allowed to absorb the tastes and fragrances of numerous alcoholic mixtures for many days.

It is then separated into pieces that are put to the cake batter, which is subsequently used to make Christmas fruit cakes for everyone to enjoy.

Novotel Hyderabad Airport held a joyful evening of cake making in an effort to express thanks for their brilliant employees and get them into the holiday mood. The staff gladly participated in the annual celebration and started off the Christmas season with an abundance of excitement. The ceremony was followed by an outside afternoon tea, and in-house guests participated in the festivities.
