The unveiling event, hosted by Gayatri Ruia and graced by art collector Shalini Passi, was a sensory feast. Guests were enchanted by a Flamenco performance and delighted by a Dalí-inspired menu crafted by Chef Domenico Iannone of St. Regis Café. Each creation, an artistic nod to Dalí’s surrealist philosophy, will be available for a limited time at the St. Regis Mumbai.
