Payal Singhal X Fizzy Goblet is Celebrating Five Years With A Campaign That Celebrates Real Women in All Their Delightfully Flawed Glory

Payal Singhal and Fizzy Goblet are teaming up with five women from various walks of life to launch a limited edition collection that honours the many paths a woman walks through in her life as they enter their fifth year in 2022.

Fizzy Goblet's passion for invention met designer Payal Singhal's vision of current Indian fashion in 2016, when they were reinventing what juttis meant in the Indian fashion world. Their shared design philosophy of approaching tradition with a fresh perspective in order to give each collection a contemporary relevance resulted in a creative collaboration between two like-minded brands to create a collection of Juttis that were a mix of signature design vocabularies and brand values. Following the first collaboration collection, both businesses continued to develop and release spectacular pieces season after season. These juttis have led ladies from boardrooms to weddings, with a roster of over 100 styles introduced in the previous five years.

To introduce the anniversary collection, we shot women achievers to capture the spirit of the changing times and to commemorate our journey. Deeksha Rathore, a photographer who records unnoticed moments in people's lives to let them relive them forever, and Neha Sahai, an artist who brings spring into every season—reminders in print and real settings that flowers are among the pleasant things in life—are featured. Sanjeeta Bhattacharya, a singer-songwriter and actress who has lived many lives portraying the world of a twenty-first-century woman, Tanya Saxena, a Bharatnatyam dancer and teacher who practises an artform that has ebbed and flowed with time but remains current century after century, and Nidhi Gadihoke, an English tutor who has helped thousands realise their dream of spreading their wings across the globe without geography holding A purposeful choice to take their own route - the unorthodox, the bold, and also the happy - is the common thread that unites these women. Each jutti is a component of these women's lives as they chose to live them, as shown in their houses and lifestyles.

"We are so happy to present a collection that marks five years of Fizzy Goblet x Payal Singhal where each shoe is as diverse as the women of PS x FG who inspire us to push our boundaries," says Laksheeta Govil, Founder and CEO Fizzy Goblet.

"As a designer and a brand partner, the last five years with Fizzy Goblet have been enlightening." Working with Laksheeta is a dream come true because, aside from the fact that the PS girl and the FG Girl have similar synergies, her creative thought process and work ethic resonate with me. Designer Payal Singhal says, "I enjoy every second of establishing this connection and friendship that we have developed over the last 5 years, which together captures the soul of our companies."

Our long-running accessory relationship with Fizzy Goblet began with festive-friendly juttis and has now expanded to encompass a wide range of footwear, potli bags, and other accessories. Fresh, summer-ready #PSPrints and delicate embroidery are the focus of the new collection. This season, in addition to the basic sliders, there's a new bow accent and strappy cross-front sandals with mood-lifting flower designs. The juttis, which include back-open juttis and block heels, are embellished with our unique mirror work and zardozi embroidery. Indeed, step out in style.
