A graduate of IHM Guwahati with a B.Sc. in Hotel and Hospitality Administration, Nandan’s career is marked by leadership roles at some of India’s most esteemed properties, including ITC Maratha Hotel, The Deltin Daman, and Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport. Known for his expertise in enhancing guest experiences, Nandan combines operational efficiency with a guest-centric approach to deliver superior dining environments. His passion for culinary excellence and meticulous attention to detail have driven team performance and dining innovations throughout his career.

Leading the Culinary Vision at The Fern Goregaon

In his new role, Nandan will oversee Alfresco and Fleur, the hotel’s renowned dining venues, while preparing for the highly anticipated launch of The Fern Goregaon’s rooftop Lebanese restaurant.
