Italy Based Sea Group Purchases Luxury Yacht Maker Perini Navi For Around 80 Million Euros

Post the bankruptcy confirmation and an auction held in Tuscany, Italy, the Italian Sea Group purchased bankrupt luxury yacht manufacturer Perini Navi for 80 million euros - a seemingly large deal in the global luxury yacht market.

Italy based Sea Group bid for the luxury yacht maker Perini Navi, which was declared bankrupt a while ago. The company placed a successful bid of around 80 million euros, out bidding other Italian companies Ferretti Group and SanLorenzo.

The Italian Sea Group confirmed that this particular takeover deal of luxury yacht maker, Perini Navi will help it go for tender upgrades, increase its capacity to add new accounts for building of 90-130 meter motor yachts and refits.
