Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach & The Bheemili Resort are pleased to announce the appointment of Lakshmi Sridhar as the new General Manager beginning in April 2023.

Lakshmi, who has been affiliated with Accor for over 11 years and has over 28 years of experience, will assume the role of Operations Manager at the Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach beginning in June 2020.

Her extraordinary journey began with a position as the General Manager's secretary, and through her unwavering dedication and expertise, she has ascended to an exceptional leadership position as the General Manager, contributing to the success of the properties.

In her new position as General Manager, Lakshmi Sridhar will be responsible for supervising the hotel and resort's operations as a whole. Her extensive expertise and experience within the hospitality industry will undoubtedly contribute to the expansion and success of the properties.

She will be responsible for providing leadership, strategic governance, and direction to the organisation in the following areas: financial performance, operations, human resources, customer relationships, risk management, and marketing and sales strategies. Her position is essential for ensuring efficient and effective processes that are in line with the organization's objectives.
