Deepika has been recognized as the Front Office Person of the Year 2023 at the Accor South Asia Hotel Awards, a testament to her outstanding skills and dedication. Her transition from Novotel and Ibis Bengaluru, where she led to record-high guest satisfaction scores, to Four Seasons marks a significant step in her career.
Throughout her impressive career, Deepika has been instrumental in enhancing front office operations and guest services at several prestigious hotels. Her roles at Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach, Holiday Inn Chennai, and Park Hyatt Hyderabad have all prepared her for her current leadership role at Four Seasons Bengaluru.
