Having established its prominence at Shisen Hanten Singapore, he now presents his innovative take on this genre from his latest venture, 1022 in Nagoya, Japan. At this exclusive pop-up, epicureans will savor a curated selection of traditional Chinese dishes infused with seasonal Japanese elements, elevating classic flavors with a contemporary twist.
